Task TWO
- Producing a line graph of the "Total Share Values"a) Re-open your spreadsheet
task1.xls
b) Follow through the next step of instructions very carefully:-
i) "Click and drag" over the dates and share values for all
four companies (blue table) in order to highlight them
ii) Select Insert .... Chart .... and step through the chart wizard ... use the
title "Total Share Values"
iii) Make sure your legend has the names of
your 4 companies
iv) Save the final graph .... as an object in ....
Now move on to Task Three
